鏡新聞-26歲摘米其林一星 年輕主廚的創意法餐

今天要介紹的這位新銳主廚,吳定祐,他在25歲就當上法式餐廳主廚,26歲更領團隊摘下米其林一星肯定。雖然年輕,他其實從12歲就開始接觸料理,從為家人做菜、到獲得國際級比賽肯定,在台灣土生土長、完全從台灣餐飲教育出身,他的料理卻很重視法菜經典精神,再適度加入生活經驗、台灣元素微調,讓他的法餐在經典中,也展現獨特的創意。
