Head Chef

With a solid training and a rich experience of French cuisine since the age of 12, Chef Darius Wu was Michelin starred at his age of 26. Featuring high quality ingredients, appropriate skill and precise seasoning, Chef Darius and the team harmonized classic French cuisine and innovative ideas to refine a delightful dish which could be enjoyed through Les cinq Sens (five senses).
